Joe Wright was raised in the music business in Los Angeles California. His father played with the famous Lawrence Welk band and arranged much of the band’s music. Joe’s Mom worked professionally as a pianist and his sister Linda is a well known Oklahoma singer. Joe studied music at the L.A. Valley College and learned his drum skills from Murray Spivac. Many Oklahoma Colleges and high schools hire Joe to write and arrange music for their special events. This drummer’s versatility and veteran experience enables him to play every tempo in the book! Joe chooses to take a light hearted approach to his singing. His humorous and sometimes comical asides work well within the group. He always has an “up beat, fun air” about him!
We can play over 500 songs and we have over 100 outfits from casual to formal so we can coordinate our look with your event.
